What VibeForge does

VibeForge is an AI music prompt and Lyrics Generator tool for Suno and similar AI music platforms. Prompts are compiled in your browser from your selections and text inputs. Lyrics are generated and regenerated through VibeForge server routes from your Vibe Board context, lyric directions, selected language, and current edited sections. VibeForge does not host finished audio, upload your music, train a model on your songs, or use your lyric text to train models.

Data we collect

• Email addresses when you join the free signup flow, unlock prompt copy, check Pro status, or purchase Pro.
• Product usage analytics through PostHog/NanoCorp analytics, including page views, clicks, route changes, JavaScript errors, Core Web Vitals, and Lyrics Generator event details such as selected language, language label, section counts, export type, theme text when supplied, and high-level control metadata.
• Server-side forge usage records tied to a signed anonymous identifier and, after signup or Pro login, your email lead record. These records meter the first 5 lifetime free copy/export forges and do not store generated prompt text.
• Prompt builder state that you choose to save. Free saves are stored in your browser; Pro saved Vibe Profiles are stored with your email so they can be restored for your account.
• Lyrics Generator request data needed to create or revise lyrics, including production context, lyric directions, selected language, current edited sections, locked lines, and target section IDs. In the current build, VibeForge does not save lyric draft text as a Pro project or account record after the request is handled.
• Lyrics usage records for email-based limits and Pro access, including generation IDs, section-regeneration events, selected language, target section IDs, and timestamps. These records do not store the generated lyric text.
• Payment status data from Stripe/NanoCorp checkout, such as checkout session IDs, customer IDs, subscription IDs, amount, currency, and paid/canceled status. Card numbers and full payment credentials are handled by Stripe, not VibeForge.
• Advertising attribution parameters when present, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, and content, so we can understand which campaigns lead to signups or checkout starts.

Why we collect it

• To provide the free Vibe Board and Lyrics Generator, remember email-based access, meter the first 5 lifetime free copy/export forges, and let you copy, save, generate, regenerate, or export prompts and lyric drafts.
• To unlock and maintain VibeForge Pro features, including unlimited copy/exports, Pro structures, saved profiles, lyric generations, and section rewrites.
• To improve the product, diagnose errors, measure page performance, understand which pages or CTAs are useful, and learn which language choices and Lyrics Generator controls are most helpful.
• To process purchases, verify subscription status, prevent duplicate webhook handling, and handle cancellation or billing support.

Third-party processors

• PostHog/NanoCorp analytics processes product analytics events, page views, clicks, errors, and performance signals.
• Stripe and NanoCorp checkout process Pro payments, subscriptions, checkout sessions, and related billing events.
• Vercel hosts and serves the website and may process technical request data needed to deliver the app securely and reliably.
• PostgreSQL database hosting stores email leads, anonymous forge identifiers, Pro entitlement records, payment event records, Pro saved Vibe Profiles, Forge usage records, and Lyrics Generator usage records used for limits and Pro access.

Retention

• Email lead and Pro entitlement records are retained while you use VibeForge or have an active/recent subscription, and then as needed for security, billing, tax, dispute, or legal records.
• The signed email session cookie lasts up to 90 days unless cleared sooner by your browser. The signed anonymous forge-metering cookie lasts up to 400 days unless cleared sooner by your browser.
• Advertising attribution storage is designed to expire after 30 days.
• Browser-only prompt saves remain on your device until you clear local storage. Pro saved profiles remain until you delete them or request deletion. Current lyric drafts and edits remain in the active browser workspace unless copied/exported by you, and are not saved as account lyric projects in the current build.
• Lyrics usage records are retained as needed to enforce free 30-day generation and regeneration limits, provide Pro access, diagnose abuse or errors, and answer support requests.
• Aggregated analytics may be retained to understand product trends, but we minimize keeping identifiable data longer than needed for the purposes above.

Your choices and rights

• You can request access to the email, Pro entitlement, payment-event metadata, and saved profile data associated with your email address.
• You can request deletion of your email lead record, saved Vibe Profiles, and Lyrics Generator usage records, subject to limited records we must keep for billing, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, or security reasons.
• You can clear local browser storage at any time to remove local prompt saves, email hints, attribution storage, lyrics workspace context, analytics identifiers, the anonymous forge cookie, and the cookie banner acknowledgement from your device.
• You can disable or limit cookies through your browser settings, though some session, analytics, attribution, or checkout features may not work as intended.
